Slow Refresh in IE

I just wanted to check if any others have had an issue with IE on a very slow refresh time. I have been testing OpenKM with Google Chrome, Firefox and IE8. The "update document information" goes by within a second in Chrome and Firefox but IE will take up to a minute with same folder. I have switch up on pcs and have the same issue.

Could I be missing a setting change?

Thanks.

No the problem is in IE. IE family are the worst browsers in the history, only I could suggest change to other than IE.

IE consumes a lot of memory and has and older javascript engine ( us we need a good javascript engine to running ajax code ). You could try increasing your hardware memory ( probably could be a hardware problem, and your IE need more resources than the other browsers ). In my windows testing machine, Ie7 and Ie8 runs correctly, but not as good as firefox or chrome these always will be better in all scenarios ( any application ).

The folder you're trying to opening has a lot of childs ? ... here you could detecting a rendering time problem with IE.
