5.1.8 WebDav Problem with webdrive

I just updated my installation from 5.1.7 to 5.1.8-SNAPSHOT (build: 7355).
However, I noticed that the webdav function has changed, not only the http path, but the way of communication.
I'm using webdrive 10.00.2541, and it works well with 5.1.7. After upgrading to 5.1.8, webdrive always complains "Quota Exceeded, Limit of 0 Bytes exceeded, 0 Bytes of space is currently availabIe" .

Is there also an option to fix this problem?

Thank you!

Sorry for ommitting some details. This error only happened when copying files into webdrive-mapped drive.

I also checked netdrive and Bitkinex, even default Windows Neighborhood way, they all worked well with 5.1.8.

Thank you.

Not yet.

Webdav of 5.1.8 does not work with webdrive with the error "Quota Exceeded", while that of 5.1.7 works well with webdrive.

Do you got quota enabled in 5.1.7 and 5.1.8, because this kind of error happens when parameter is enabled and user exceed total file size of couemtns what can upload.

Hi, jllort,

Thank you for your reply.
I'm not familiar with Webdav configuration, so all configuration are the default. Could you tell me how to set the Quota ?

By the way, while webdrive complaining about "Quota Exceeded", netdrive can write files normally.

Hi Kevinchang,

I'm a tech at South River Technologies and I support WebDrive. There are a few disk quota settings available in WebDrive (you can disable quota processing by unchecking Properties, File, Enable quota processing) but it is interesting that the quota issue began when you upgraded the DAV server. With quota processing enabled, WebDrive will query the server for the available, used and assigned space. If the server supports quota processing, the responses are used to populate those parameters. If the server doesn't support quotas, WebDrive will use 100 GB (configurable via the registry) as a default disk size but will not process quotas. Would it be possible for you to enable WebDrive logging (File, Program Settings, Logging), disconnect/reconnect to the site, reproduce the quota error and forward me the log file as an attachment by submitting a WebDrive support ticket at srthelpdesk.com? The log file will be most helpful in troubleshooting this issue.

Hi, webdavtech,

Thank you very much for your instruction about webdrive setting.
I checked webdrive settings, it works well if I disable quota check, but, when enabling Quota Check, Quota Exceeded problem persist. However, I've turned on logging. The attachment is the log file.

By the way, firstly I disable quota check, copy a file, then disable quota check, upload a file, all those actions are logged in the attachment.

Hi, I have installed WebDrive 10.0 in a Windowx XP. How can I disable the quota? I don't see this option :(

Edited: This option is related to every site, not application wide.
