I found OpenKM very powerful and its just what we need for our business.
1st questions is quite newbie but:

Why does jbos installation runs as standalone application and not as a service.

I mean when I run run.bat from jbos install folder , openkm login is available ONLY while install window is running
So after server log off, application disappear too.

forgot to mention version:
jboss-4.2.3.GA
Windows SBS

Also I found there is service.bat script which is used to transfor jboss to windows service

Where to find that file ?

OpenKM uses Jboss and comes as is, there's no magic to configure as service under linux or windows, that's configuration that must be done by administrator.

You can take a look at google ("configure jboss service windows" ) you'll discovering there're several ways for doing it, I suggest native windows. You can take a look at jboss forum there're a lot of information about how doing it.
