I have problem with ocr ,how to let it work.
configuration:
system.ocr=C:\\jboss-4.2.3.GA\\moremodules\\Tesseract-OCR\\tesseract.exe

if you're in OpenKM 5.1.X configuration must be done at administration tab ( second icon from left ). OpenKM.cfg is only used to database setting ( hdml and driver ) and for initial loading parameters in dbms, but after first login has no other utility and any change there will takes no effect.

For it change you not need to restarting openkm, simply change parameter in administration
