When do you expect to have the 2.0 documentation available? I am experiencing some difficulties with the software and updated docs would be a benefit. We are trying to set up a instance of OpenKM in order to determine if it will satisfy our requirements before purchasing the Enterprise edition. If we do purchase the Enterprise will we have access to better documentation?

About documentation an enterprise edition, we\'ve finished spanish user manual, but still not yet all done reviewed, after it\'ll be translate to english, but I don\'t ensure when it\'ll be available after each release it\'s a hard efforts to make documentation etc... really on this phase it\'ll be pleasureful to get some community support.

On other hand, companies with enterprise support receive from us total support on technical installation and maintenance, the idea is after installed openkm on a company this not becomes a problem for you. For it we certify installation, backup system etc... About end user, always must be on company a reference person ( minimal one ) involved on project, this is company internal support that receives ours, and is who knows all application aspects. Sometimes we make a skype formation day to end users, really OpenKM it\'s so easy to explain an introduce to end users, because on of our major objectives is end user usability, easy & intuitive UI.

Hi,Jllort,
I have one question:
for your enterprise customer all over the world, your remote technical maintenance is necessary and useful, but it is different from face-to-face support, how do you make quick response to your customer when some unexpected problem appears?

First support is done on some cases by regional partners - if there\'re on region / country - and second us.

Normally all installations sends error message to our mail at instant are produced ( is some application server configuration ), and we\'ve got on several cases capacity to connect remote to systems if end user administration give it to us.

On other side I must say that OpenKM has few problems when is has done a well done installation, normal are end user less application knowlegement on first months.
