Hi

I'm running:
OpenKM 5.1.7
CentOS 5.6
Image magick 6.7.1-0
SWF Tools 0.9.1
OpenOffice 3.1

Case:
Installed openkm 5.1.7 from scratch (clean install)
imported propertygroups.cnd (standard file delivered with OKM 5.1.7 set)
key "wizard.property.groups=........" is not set /added in OpenKM.cfg

Result
Property groups are direct listed on the "user profiles" settings on the "Wizard" tab
Propertygroup can't deleted or de-selected from the user profile set-up
Wizard is started when new documents are added to OpenKM

Question:
How to delete the property groups listed in the user profiles set-up to avoid activation of the wizard during adding new documents?

By the way : only "consulting" is enabled as wizard during document import , "technology" not

Starting with OpenKM 5.1.0 the configuration is managed in database and not from OpenKM.cfg configuration file. In this files we only put database related configuration. So, to change OpenKM configuration you need to access to Administration and make here the changes. Anyway the "wizard.property.groups" property has been removed because this wizard config has been moved to User Profiles as you has discovered.

Hi Pavilla,

thanks for your answer
Yes, i'm aware of the different configuration and i mentioned that the "wizard.property.groups" was not enabled in the OpenKM.cfg.

The only question i have is :

How to delete/disable property-groups on the wizard area of the profile setup screen

I have a multiple user/group set-up and i want to select different property-groups for different users/groups.
At the moment all existing property-groups are listed and activated (also in new created profiles)

But are not selected, must be selected in list ( several with control + right click) to really be activated.

Hi jllort

you pointed me in the right direction.
I have tested it with 5 users and 5 property-groups and it works.

However, in my case it's not right-click but left-click (left click on a right handed mouse)

thanks for your advise

You are right. Josep post has a typo: is left mouse button.
