Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

I've been debugging OpenKM for any errors that users might encounter before deployment. OpenKM is in Linux and currently users are using Windows XP.
As I have noticed, when documents are checked-out in a Windows XP OS and tried to check-in again the document, I've encountered an error: "Document Name is different"
I carefully checked the name and extensions of the documents and tested it for many times still the same error..
I have done it in our LInux server and it works very well...what could have possibly made this error? Thanks a lot!

It's a bug with some internet explorer and windows version combination, can not be solved because it's not in our hand it's on IE / operating system.
