Hi Ladies and gentlemen,

I would like to ask if OpenKM workflow features be further customized? If yes, then can you guide or give me some hint in the development side.

For example, when "user A" starts workflow "SeekApproval" they would be able to select who to send the approval (eg.. User B or Group A). Currently, when how its being done its by using the predefined actors in the form definition.

Yes, you can define you own user assignation procedure, even an actor pool where on user can take the control of the workflow to perform a certain task. OpenKM use the jBPM workflow engine, so you can learn more reading jBPM documentation.
