How to enable file size in OpenKM (If my file size is in b/w 4 and 5 GB)?

I changed to 4500M for 4.5GB but I cannot upload.

have you restarted openkm service ... because this change on version 5.0.x only take effects after restarting jboss ( or you're using 5.1 ? )

I am using 5.0.4.

When i changed to;

max.file.size=5000

and then restart and upload the 1.7GB file i got message as shown in attachment.

Can you post an screenshot from Administration -> Configuration? I would like to see the max.file.size value.

Its Ok when i change max.file.size from 5000 to 10000 the file having size (1.7GB) uploaded.

Now i wanna to upload 4.0GB file to be uploaded i change 10000 to 30000 but the application will look as:

Seems is not starting to uploading ... can you see some error on server.log ?

No dear it just started and page complete browsing, but no operation will be carried out.

Also no error in server log.

Can i deploy on 64bit OS?

Never tried so big files but uploaded 1.2GB file and had no problems.

Could you help me in this matter for uploading 4 to 4.5 GB files.

Please, try with OpenKM 5.1.4 and show me the related log entries. I don't know why you have this problem.

I think I have identified the problem.

The maximum file size appears to be a signed integer only capable of holding ~2GB, when you go past that it overflows to -2GB and goes up from there. So when I had 3GB set as the max, the max was really -1.1GB, the server took anything below 1.1GB fine, but would not accept larger file sizes.

This is on 5.0.4, I am upgrading later today to a newer version and plan to check this specifically at least.

I think that issue was fixed in OpenKM 5.1.7

I am using OpenKM 5.1.10... I`m also not able to upload a 3.7 GB file even after changing max.file.size=0... So kindly help me on how to upload the file...
