Hi,
I'm getting error message from subject after installation and configuration of OpenKM 5.04 and outlook addin.
I've seen the similar post in forum, and recomendation to try and exit and re-open the office app giving the error, and it didn't help.
attached is the console output after i try to sync mail (forum rules forbid newbis like me to paste pastebin links, attach .txt etc so kindly rename the extension to .txt) .
I'll add any aditional data required for troubleshooting, please help.

I'm not understanding about what are you talking.
On server.log I see the error:

Could you provide more expecific explanation. And not all server.log .. only the specific to understanding the error ... because I don't know what I'm looking for.

Not sure wich part you want me to be specific at ?
I provided full server.log as requested, if you parse it for "error" tag, yu'll see a bunch of them related to authentification (search "No login methods supported"), unfortunatly i dont know how to read them out and conclude what the problem is, so i'm asking for help here and pasting data in whole.

The first error is due to a bad configuration of a administration cron process. Please, attach a screenshot of the cron definition.

Hi,
to be honest i havent configured cron and it's properties at all before submitting errors you could seen. We're evaluating the software and primary concern is mail import; so when that failed i didnt continue with post install configuration. Can the timer (cron) scheduler be related to authentification failures ?

To add a bit of info, mailing server on "other side" is exchange 2007 , i have tried all available forms of authentification, excluding plain text ones, since doesn't agree with company security policy , firewalls are having apropriate exeptions for comunication between OpenKM server and mail server , and logign in to exchange with the data i feeded OpenKM with ,via web interface, works.

Attached are the outlook and web UI screenshots
I have:
-installed OpenKM on my linux server
-created OpenKM user "Peter Pony" with password "fiction"
-created a windows user with mailbox on exchange 2007 mail server with same parameters.
-sent Peter Pony a dozen of emails for test purposes, they were recieved by mail server and can be viewed via outlook and/or webmail.
-created a OpenKM user with same parameters
-installed office outlook plugin , configured it and tried to sync outlook and OpenKM
-got the error

Don't put spaces in the username. Instead of "Peter Pony" try "ppony", for example.
