I not able to delete folder called okmadmin from the trash. But i can delete other folders. When i try to delte okmadmin folder it show the message box with 2 button cancel and accept. When i click accept folder not deleting. I loged in as a okmadmin. In the security part update button is hidden when i select this folder. So what is the problem. Anyone knows the solution for this. Please replay.

Why do you want to delete it ? You login as okmadmin or okmAdmin ? on which OS is the openkm server, do you've got some ldap integration ?

Thankyou for reply. I want to keep trash empty. I loged in as a okmadmin. We running openkm on windows server 2008 64-bit. No, we didnt get ldap intergration. So what might be the problem.

If you have logged as okmAdmin, and see folders under the user trash, these folders are the other users trash folders. This not means that are INTO okmAdmin trash. This means that okmAdmin can see his trash folder (in this case also called okmAdmin) and the other user's trash folders. Do you know what I mean?

Sorry i didnt get u. But i am loged as a okmadmin, and folder also named as a okmadmin. I not created user as a okmAdmin. Anyhow admin as full permission to do anything in openkm. I given full previllages for admin user. Then also i not able to delete.

you might not delete the folder of user that you're using. okmadmin user must not be deleted because althought other users have administration rights the okmadmin user has some special features than other user with admin right don't have.

If you want to delete that folder must do it across repository viewer from administration http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Repository_view use it with care ...

Please, post an screenshot and try to explain better because I don't understand you.

Note I navigate to okm:trash/okmAdmin/ folder ( with UpperCase A )
If you want to delete this folder selecte "delete current"

I think it's very dangerous option, and I don't know why you want to delete trash, because it's needed by user ? I suggest you backup your system before doing anything ( because I'm not sure understanding you, if you don't want to delete okmadmin user I don't know why you want to deleting their trash ).
