Problem about upload file

Hi,
I'm a new user in openkm webboard.I use the lastest version (OpenKM-5.0.3_JBoss-4.2.3.GA) and found problem about I can't to upload file size 22 - 30mb.So I try to search in this site and google, I see the feature about max file size limit. And I found that openkm.cfg can be increase file size by use function "file.size=xx" in this page http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Applic ... figuration
I try to config and restart opemkm but it still can't to upload. please help.
