Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

I first use the openkm, during my using it , i meet two problems:
1. Everytime, when i run the openkm and first log in, it will report "okm-014013 (getuserworkspace) I/O read and write error", but if i refresh the page ,it will be work.

2. i created some users in the openkm.But if i close the openkm and run it again , the users are dispear.

my operation system is windows 2008 server standard 64bit.

1. No internet connection that`s why it displays the error.
2. You need to change in OpenKM.cfg
hibernate.hbm2ddl=create to hibernate.hbm2ddl=none
