Impossible to enter "@" with german keyboard layout

Hi there,

i'm trying out OpenKM and have a "small" problem using it. When ever i try to enter a "@" (alt gr + Q on the german keyboard), OpenKM simply quits with a popup saying: "OpenKM has been closed correctly."

This is rather unfortunate, because the possibility of someone enterring a "@" sign somewhere is kind of huge....

Is there any configuration option to change that behavior?

Thanks, Jan

Can you reproduce this behavior in the public demo? I have tried and the OpenKM is not closed.

There's a shortcut with CTRL+Q take a look at http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Keyword_shortcuts.

For what are you talking in your keyboard to get @ you need combination ALT+Q. In my keyboard it's ALT GR+2 curious .... that's the typical german keyboard ?

Yes, exactly the same behavior. Extra note, this is on Windows 7, should that matter.

On the normal german keyboard you need "ALT GR + Q" to get the @ sign. As a workaround, is there a way to edit/disable the keyboard shortcuts?

It's not possible disable it, it's hard code. The only option you've got now is CTRL+C ( to copy ) and CTRL+V (to paste) from some text on your computer.

I've added in our issues tracking http://issues.openkm.com/view.php?id=1596, I'll trying to solve in next 5.0.4 release.
