Contact & Email Management

Hi everyone. New to the board!... I am looking to implement a document management system for my new company. I want to do the following:
1. Have a central place where all company email and contacts reside, regardless of the user & regardless of how communication is sent (Blackberry, other email apps, etc).
2. Needs to support multiple emails per user. And preferably multiple people per emails as well, for round the clock customer service.
3. Be able to share selected documents with users, vendors, partners, and clients.
Kind of like a CRM, DMS, & collaboration system combined. Would anyone like to share their experience with the above? And before anyone asks... my sites are
http://www.createitforme.com & coming soon....

Question 1- There's no major problem on it, you can store documents, mails ... and accessing across iphone, android or blackberry
Question 2- About multiple mails per users etc.... I can not understand why do you want it, which is the use. Explain the problem and problably we can suggest some solution.
Question 3- There's no problem on sharing with external users, it's simply a grants problem.

Just to follow up on this;
I am using OpenKM as my Records Management System for the last 3 months (home based).
Recently I have managed to integrate emails too, but on this I have an issue.
Emails are also records of past agreements. For this, sometimes I need to either forward or attach a copy of the past emails as part of the communication.
Does OpenKM support this facility, as far as I know I couldn't find any way to forward or copy an email message to a third party (external user) from OpenKM.
Any help on this is much appreciated.
Regards,
Pradeep, R

Really it's a security problem. It'll be easy forwarding by mail, documents, mails etc... ( basically forward any openkm repository content outside ), but we considering it's not good practice allowing it, because here we could have some security break ( you could share any document with other people ).
Really I've been considering, make some option in this direction, and be only accesible to some users. From lastest openkm version, mails are shared across webdav as pst format ( if I'm not wrong, I'm not sure about format ), could be a way to forwarding as a mail attachment, but obviously it's not the best scenario.
I would like talking about how you imagine security restrictions on this feature, really I can implement it, but I would like to know your opinion on how must be done it. Basically seems all users must not having this feature. Disallow to all repository, or enable for all, seems good starting, in other hand seems interesting to doing only restriction by folder, mail or document nodes ... What's your opinion about it ( obviously you want to share with external users or only to internal, from by point of view these are two different scenarios ).

My Usage is simple,
I need to send the email only to external users.
For documents I have no issues, I can simply open the document and attach to an email.
But for emails, there is no options to open it. The only thing I can think of is to make the emails openable on the default email client - this can be set up by the user.
However I have no idea how the emails are stored in OpenKM ( Outlook msg or in Thunderbird format) which may need some conversion.
cheers,

Mails are stored into repository in own structure.
I've added the issue at

Print and e-mail could be possible if it has not attachements, must consider attachments can not be printed, but mail as is ( text ) can be done.
