after i installed openkm5.0.3 bundle, the document upload works well, but i cannt see 'keywords cloud' in document properties tab.
any help will be appreciated!

yes, i m talking about adding keywords ,but the Keywords and Keywords cloud fields are unavailable when the document's not in the Taxonomy folder , where have they gone? pls. see the attached pic.

are there some rule which point out that we cannt add keywords to the files which are in the My Documents folder?

another question is how to add keywords to the file ? pls see the attached pic.
by the way ,the bundle version i used is 5.0.3 build 5159.

Now I understand you.
1- About first question, I considered was not interesting having tag cloud with personal documents, because nobody except you can accessing to your personal documents, and we've not separated personal keyword from others, really there's one tag cloud for all company. Here we've been thinking if could be good idea have two tagclouds, some personals, and others for all company. We've not yet implemented, and it was on discussion last year, without taking any conclusion. I'm opened to listen you about it.
Tag cloud in great installations have some problem too ... too great means not good for end user. So much tag makes it unnusable.

2- About second question. You must register a thesaurus. Then will appearing the closed dictionary keywords. That's the idea, and that's the reason why is empty. Other problem with tag cloud is that dictionary is not controlled, to solve it we added closed dictionary ( thesaurus ). 1)i think tag clouds is needed both for public and personal use,especially when their documents number grows. The tags can be shared between these two cases, and the only difference is the access control to the documents,not the tags.

2)how could i see the locked documents? could i become a member ?
