Hi
I have a question. I created a folder i OKM:root Example and put a file example1 to it. When I unchecked the box view with user1 witch is in group Users (the group has all rights to folder Example) the user1 is still able to see this folder but when I unchecked the box view in the Group the user is not able to see it. I want to create 1 group and users witch has different rights to one folder is it possible to do it ? I know that I could create as many groups as users but it`s more time spending.

I will be greatefull for any help and sugestions

I don't understand the question. If you know you can create several roles and users ... which is the problem ?
If you want to make some exception on some document, you can set specific security grants on it ... really I still not understanding which is the problem ?

Sorry maybe my description was wrong.
So I have a Folder Test with rights (view, save, delete, security) for Group1
I put a File in it Test2 with rights (view, save, delete, security) for User1 and rights (view, save, security) for User2.
And the User2 can delete the file :( but the right to delete is unchecked. When I do it for the Group1 both users can`t delete the file. My question is: Is it possible to add rights to file or folders for different users wich are in the same group or I have to create Group1 User1 and Group2 User2 with different rights to this folder ?

Grants are calculated by addition operation. In this scenario both users will inherits privileges from Group1 role. If it's a problem only on one folder or document, the most easiest to solve it, is setting privileges by users and not by roles. If not, you might create two roles ( if roles contains more than one user, if not you must use the user as is, has no sense creation of a role for one user ).
