Is there an option to set the "update date" into 24hour format?
Server time zone is set as Europe/Berlin.
Another thing, is it possible to export the repo via cli command or by a script?
Thanks

The format date depends on your selected language. If there's some error on you language day - time format, tell me which is the correct and we'll change it. Which is your locale ?
It can be done with minimal application, or crontab for example. Also you can share as network resource and run simply copy command at night ( that's the most easies scenario to you ).

local is currently "de_DE.ISO-8859-15@euro" and with this, update date is in 12hour format.
24hour format would be nice
thanks!

Good and bad news. Really the date format is a string patter configured on language package.
For doing it on version 5.x must be compiled source code and make minimal change at Lang_De_de.java. The good news are that in next version - 5.1 - all translations are on database and can be easilly changed it on administration.

Change the language in the setting panel:
to
dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm:ss
dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm:ss
dd/MM/yyyy
HH:mm:ss
