restart JBoos,users have disappear?

hi all,
i come from China,my english is poor.
i'm new to learm OpenKM.
i using user "okmAdmin" login the system,and in Administration panel.
Add i new user "test" and exit.
use "test" login the system, it enabled to log in.
this time, i'm restart JBoos, the user "test",is disappear.
can every one tell me why?
i'm a beginner,please answer as detailed as possible.
