Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

Hi admin.....
i have download office add in "openkm-trunk.tar.gz"
only extract or how?
can you explain, how to install office add in
in user guide, Openkm have "OpenKM" toolbar menu options
but my openkm haven't "OpenKM" toolbar menu options, why?
