Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

Hello! is there a way that one user will always receive a copy of any notification message in OPENKM. Let say an Administrator account will always receive a copy of any notification message.

I'm thinking of subscription feature but the administrator should always subscribe to a file every time there is a file added.

It's not the same when user receives a message, be notified to the administrator than when there's something new on repository you become nofied ( users could not be notified because are not subscribed to be notified ). Hope could understanding the diference.

Several solutions:
1- Subscribe to okm:root
2- Make user query, where content be *** ( that indicates openkm any file ) any modification it'll be appearing in query at user news ( you'll not receiving mail, but at any login you'll see news from lastest login ).

The option you suggest, any message send to some user, be with CC to other user ( could be serveral administrators ), is not implemented but could be easilly done. I'll add in our roadmap. It'll be a configuration parameter.
