OpenKM - Administrators course training
Duration:
1 Month. About 40 hours at least to complete all course ( real estimated 50-60 hours ).
Audience:
The course is aimed to administrators who would like to configure and take control their OpenKM installations. Understanding and taking advantage of all available OpenKM features.
There's no special pre-requisite to follow the course, but it's desiderable to have minimal skills with your server configuration.
Hardware software pre-requisites:
For doing some exercises, like installing OpenKM and others related to OpenKM configuration it's needed some testing server for it purpose. We recommend a clean server without other applications - when it'll be possible - in order other applications don't generate conflicts using same ports etc... Hardware requirements are minimal, 1-CPU 2Ghz or upper, 1GB ram, 20GB hard disk at least.
It's needed some test editor with UTF-8 support. On windows we recommend Ultraedit or Gedit (
http://live.gnome.org/Gedit/Windows), on linux we recommend geany.

3. Securizing OpenKM and giving apropiate access to users.
4. Search, metadatada, categories and thesaurus knowledgement.
