Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

Hi all,
I'm using OpenKM 5 and I have a problem. When I shutdown OpenKM all my users (except for okmAdmin) are being deleted. If I start again the server and I try to login with one of the users I create the system will report me that there is not an user with that name.
If I login with the default admin user I'll see in the Admin CP that only the default user is registered. How can I fix that?
I have the same issue if I use Mac or Windows machines.
