The order of the folders in the tree is fixed by the order of creation (I think). It should be possible to select the order they should be.
If you create a new folder and want to put between two existing, it is mission impossible

The order is based in folder name, not in creation ( except the case when you're creating new folder, then you see it at bottom, but after restarting or other user view at same time view it ordered by name ). At least in taxonomy view, in categories I'm not sure, if it's not ordered by name, then there's a little bug.

Ok, I see now. When making folder's names changes I must log-out and log-in to see the right order in the tree.
