how i can share document based on the custom roles

i want to upload a document and i want to give access permissions to users based roles.
but here the thing is i can create new role and but i cant login in to portal with role.
if i take AdminRole or UserRole to new user then i cant share my document to other users except users(with AdminRole or UserRole).
i want to create new roles like superAdminRole and SubAdminRole.
then i can share my document based on the roles created by me..
please help me....
