1- From version 5.0 RC1 still not yet released it's a simply way to changing logo and put some text, take a look at http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Applic ... figuration and waiting we release RC1 this week.

2- You must have installed openoffice, and some conferters swftools and image magick
Refer to http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/SWFTools and http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Applic ... figuration wiki sections

3- You could enable webdav and connect OpenKM as a network resource in your computer take a look here http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Applic ... figuration for doing it too. It's not possible connecting by ftp, althought it's good idea not yet implemented it's only in our roadmap.
