5.0beta workspace warning

Hi all
When I startup the first time, I get a windows with a warning saying something like (I don't remember exactly now)
ERROR: okmUserWorkspace is not... File no exists "http://www.openkm.com/dtd/property-groups-1.1.dtd"
And this error happens when this site is down, so I think openKM request a .dtd file from this webserver. To continue, I need to close the warning box, and reload the browser.
1 - My question is: What happens if I have OpenKM running inside a LAN without internet access?
2- What is the sense of fetching this file from this website? Updates purposes?
