OpenKM 5.0-Beta Shortcuts in IE

Hi,
most of my users use IE to work with OpenKM (company policy)
In firefox creating notes gives no problem, but with IE one problem appears.
My users are Polish and they use Polish language that contains letter ć which is created by combination of right Alt+c
With firefox while creating notes I can type this letter but with IE it is some shortcut to 'mark document to copy' and letter ć is not appearing
How can I resolve this problem? I'm not sure where in OpenKM source I can modify shortcuts

Are you sure are using ALT+C, I've been testing and only must take effect if you pressing CTRL+C, it's really very strange, please ensure first we're talking about ALT+C and IE. Then tell me the IE version ( it's really strange and could be some browser bug, or GWT bug )

Every Polish specific letter is created by pressing right Alt and ASCII letter corresponded to (it is a, c, n, z, x, l, e, o)
it is never left Alt or Ctrl.
We're using IE 8. I tested it only on Windows 7 for now, I'll check tomorrow with XP

It's strange because ALT+C might not have effects to make copy action.
