Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

Hi,

I have installed OpenKM on the server, every single computer can reach it just fine. So today I was installing the office addins, they basically work fine but for just 1 pc it's different. The word addin, after it is installed, appears just like it should be, in the toolbar from word. As soon as I close down word and restart the application, the toolbar is gone and when customizing the toolbar the option 'OpenKM' is also gone.

What I have tried:

*Repairing word addin
*Reinstalling word addin

I am confused why the others do work fine, and it's just word which does not. Does anyone have an idea?

Which office version ?

I should have mentioned that of course. This is version 2003 I am talking about. I installed the addins also on my own laptop, which has 2007, works just fine.

On the 2003 version, i now noticed more desktop pc's with office 2003 loose the addin from word on the toolbar. When i restart excel/powerpoint for that matter, the addin remains on the toolbar. Really weird.

Try upgrading microsoft office 2003 to last version updated ( patches etc... ) this could be the problem.
