Hi, a question there about access rights management in openkm. From the docs I did not find anything which points that special chapter out.
How can I restrict access of users to folders or documents which are not suitable to be viewed by everybody e.g. different departements.

You could create a new Role (e.g. Team A) then go to the folder which should be exclusively viewable for this group and then go to the security option. There you can forbid normal UserRole members to view this folder and grant access for members of Team A.
That's the way we do it.

Remember never propagate in repository UserRole or AdminRole, that are only be used for authentication purpose, nothing else. Any user must have one of them.
