Repository is not created correctly
Remember to change to mysql configuration must delete previously existing repository ( delete repository folder ) and start jboss ( until it'll be well done configured )

You can put in userid what you desire ... but that it'll be the username used to login, and what appears to sending notifications
You are purposing changin the notification view no ? seeing names not userid .. is that ?

Yes i would like it to change it to username or user email id, as during adminstrating openKm it wouldnt make any sense to the adminstrator having the employee id's (user id's in my case)... Please help me out here since this is one of the requirments..
Also in the email notification and subscription gone, it would be great if i could at the place where i do $userid i could do something like name or email id.. Thanks..
For eg when i notify users i do not want to see okmAdmin (userId) but i would like to see Administrator (userName), or the email id...
Similarly when applying security when the administrator clicks on update, under user i did like to see username instead of id i.e. i did like to see Administrator instead of okmAdmin

This improvement is not prioritary for us at this moment. Perhaps can be included in a future release, but I can't confirm it. If this improvement to be included as soon as possible, I would recommend you to contract paid support (
http://www.openkm.com/Contact/).

Ok thanks a lot for your reply, i would just like to tell you the reason as to why we would need this... we have a single sign on application which is the company intranet site, now if i have to integrate the application with the internat it wouldnt become like a SSO, as in usually employees log in with thier empolyee id and then depending on the department and roles they get to see certain pages, now if for this application i would put email id as user id the user would need to log in again, which kills the goal of a SSO, hence if i could get access to the source code it would be great, if not please let me know i will go ahead and fill up the form sent earlier...
