Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

I am new to OpenKM am unable to creat new document using openKM API's , If any body has the idea about or some sample eg then please reply .......thank you in advance....

You can take a look at some code in sourceforge MSOpenKMCore where there's the code we use in office pluggins there it's uploading / downloading exampels using WS
