Hi everybody,

I'm glad to join this forum and want to thank OpenKM developers for the wonderful job they've done in developing OpenKM.

This said, I'm experimenting with it to share some documents. I've created some folders and subfolders in the Taxonomy, and submitted some files (applying several tags to each of them). Some of these subfolders have actually been "copied" from similarly named parallel folders (e.g. copied subfolder "Deliverables" from Taxonomy --> Project1 to Taxonomy --> Project2).

Fact is that, I've accessed OpenKM the day after (kept it running all the time in the meanwhile, with no changes or external events), and some folders (the latest I created) with their files and tags have disappeared. No trace of them, not even in the server.log.DATA files. The only traces I can find is in the Activity Log from the administration panel, where I can see I actually created/tagged as described.

Any hints on where I could start investingating/understanding ?

THX

1- Connect as administrator and look for the folder ( in search view or in desktop there's a button for doing it )
2- Take a look at the user you use to make folder - in administrator panel - to see what has done ( there's a log view ) there must appears the folder creation and other operations ( might appears de UUID of the folder , with the UUID you can make some query trying to see what has happened with these. In administor you've got some query capabilities )

The information is losing always for some reason .. a user moves or deletes ...
