Hi,

I know that the property max.file.size can be increased, 25MB being the default. Is there any reason within this software that I can't increase this to 750MB? (disk space obviously needs to be appropriately spec'd)

As you can see, is possible to set a higher value in the OpenKM.cfg configuration file. Historically defaults to 25 because the users may upload video or iso images and degrade the system performance. Really there is no *real* reason because the only limitation is the hardware. Only keep on mind that if you wan to manage really big files OpenKM needs a reasonable good server.
