Hi,

I have set up as best I can, and created a few documents, but I am unable to get others users to see them. The other users have been granted access to the folders.

Is there something I am missing?

Sure they have no grants to see documents or folders. Take a look at some document grants. Remember documents inherit folder permissions, but has they own privileges. Documents inherits folders grants in creation, but not after ( for changing it you change grants with recursive check box enabled )

The documents are located in the taxonomy?
