In new OpenKM 5.0 we're thinking incrementing roles, to enable or disable by user my documents, etc..

But in OpenKM 4.0. how have you disabled ?

1. create a user "test"
2. login openkm system with user "test"
3. click "My Document"
4. click security button and change permission to read only.
5. disable "My Document" finished.

thanks

OK,

Each user can disable himself, it's right. But the problem that some administrator post to us, is that they want to disable to all the users or some users. For it reason in OpenKM 5.0 we'll increment the number of roles. We're thinking in some PersonalRole, TemplateRole, etc... and other like ManagerRole etc... in order to make some default hicherical grants by default, that we think could be really useful ( who can compat historical and access to other critical enhancements ).

If you want to enable, now you must go to repository view and change there ( OpenKM/admin/ ) or add to this user the AdminRole, I think with this temporary role you could change it permision ( I'm not sure ).
