I will try to change url openKM
I mean i need change this url
http://130.0.10.1:8080/openKM to http://130.0.10.1:8080/basha
but i not found any thing to configration or setting in the OPenKM

and how can title open km to my name

It's a bad idea. For doing it you might compile source code.
