openKM 4.0 (build 469) hangs when tried to create folder

Hi,

I was trying openKM v4.0 (build 469) and I hit some issues like
* cant create folders in taxonomy or My documents etc

Then I tried the same in openKM hosted at the demo site. It seems the application hanged and the directory wasnt created. How am I supposed to create directories in the different sidebars like taxonomy, My Documents etc.

I did try giving R/W permission to UseRole group and I was able to upload files. But I was not able to create directories in the main view.

It would be really appreciable if some one could help!

Let's give me some more information:

1- Which user are you using to creat folder ?
2- Occurs the same using okmAdmin user ?
3- If I understand right, you can upload files in okm:root but you can not create folders there ?
4- which browser are you using and version ?
5- can you upload an screenshot, to see some error ?
6- There's some error in log ?
