Mail Notification configuration / reporting

Hi all!

First Question:
Is there a way to configure the eMail notification to send mails when a file inside of a subscribed folder is deleted? User now get notifications only on creation or check-out/-in.

Second:
Is there a way to create a detailed report for a specific folder where all deletes are showed? And is the system able to automate these reports to send them to the specified users by mail?
