Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

I\'m looking into using openkm as a knowledgebase/DM system and have one requirement that I haven\'t read about. can you restrict a document to a user or a group of users? We have project documentation that we only want available to members of that project group.

I want to be able to put a document in category \"project 25\" and have all users who are members of \"project 25\" be the only ones able to view the files in that category. project members could be members of multiple projects as well.

Yes, you could create a kind of Rol like ProjRol and assign this Rol to whom be part of this project. In the folder allow just who have a ProjRol.
