I\'m trying OpenKM on demo site, I saw \"Templates\" on the left. How to use it?

I\'ve added some grants on all users that now can create folders and files on OpenKM demo.

The idea is that not all users can do it. Normal users only must have read grants.

I wanna to know about the using of templates too,anyone can help?

Templates are general documents used by company to set default start up document, for example fax templates etc...

First you must set grants to roles and users that can have write access, major users it\'ll have only read.

Take a look at contextual menu ( right click on some document ) -> appears option \"create from template \" and set destination document. Is so easy.
