Hello,
if I want to search (basic or advanced search) for something like "xy/1243" I get only results were "xy" as a hole word was found.
Is "/" a character, which can not be searched inside a word or phrase?

Background: There are documents (forms) with an individual code (like xy/1243) in the header. We want to find such a doc with this code by searching for the hole code (word).

Thank you!

That's because the tokenizer. Take a look at:
https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/ok ... field.html

The attribute "searchType" -> choose "exact"

What I do not remember is if it is required to rebuild the lucene search engine or not. I suspect should be reindexed to this kind of changes.
