Include the costs of starting a business in Dubai in OpenKM

Hello. We have a client who is setting up a business in Dubai, in a free zone. The thing is, he’s sent us a mountain of documents related to the costs of starting a business in Dubai: quotes from local legal consultants, comparison charts of free zones (Meydan, IFZA, DMCC...), summaries of licensing fees, proof of payment... How do you organize this type of file in OpenKM? Because right now we’ve created a folder manually, we’ve started tagging the documents, but nothing is really consistent. Some files are scanned PDFs (of varying quality, let’s be honest), others are Word documents, and others are Excel spreadsheets with amounts in AED. OpenKM’s OCR is producing strange results on the mixed-format files… does anyone have a clean configuration for this kind of multilingual scenario?
