Anyone using OpenKM to manage SlotsDJ Casino documents?

Hey everyone
I’m trying to figure out how people organise documents related to online casino accounts. I’ve been using OpenKM for around eight months now for both personal and work stuff, and lately the amount of files has started getting out of hand. Transaction records, bonus history, KYC screenshots, support PDFs, all that kind of thing.
Recently I made a separate folder for SlotsDJ Casino because their support sent me a few PDFs and I honestly had no idea where to put them anymore. The issue is that my current folder structure in OpenKM doesn’t really scale once you start dealing with multiple platforms and different document types.
I’m wondering if there’s a cleaner way to classify this stuff in OpenKM using custom metadata. Maybe fields like “platform” or “document type” for withdrawals, bonuses, identity checks, etc. Right now everything just ends up dumped into one messy folder and it’s becoming difficult to manage.
I checked part of the official documentation, but the custom metadata side still feels a bit confusing. I can’t tell whether it’s better to use document properties directly or build a separate taxonomy/template structure.
Has anyone already set up a decent workflow for this kind of use case with OpenKM? Doesn’t have to be specifically SlotsDJ Casino, any similar platform really. If there’s an existing template or structure people already use, that would save me rebuilding everything from scratch.
