Stapling extension on CE6.3 - security

Hello,
I use the Stapling extension on CE6.3 and its working.
But:
If another user (ROLE-admin) instead of me (ROLE-admin too) wants to change or add relations, he don´t have the rights.
In the documentation is mentioned: The list of related nodes is based on user security. So, is it right, that only the user, who created a stapling group, is allowed to change this (delete or add something)?
That would be so bad!!!
Is it possible, to change this easily? For example, that the list of related nodes is based on group (role) security. Where and how?
