Tomcat Service Fails to Start

During the manual installation process, where the user downloads the latest stable OpenKM WAR file and deploys it on a separately installed Tomcat instance; the Tomcat service often fails to initialize or crashes immediately after starting, producing generic or misleading errors in the Windows Event Viewer.

I see a few things like this:

- The `service.bat` script executes successfully, creating the Tomcat service, but the service fails to start via `services.msc`.

- The standard Tomcat log often contains no entry or only a partial initialization record, making root cause analysis impossible.

Any help is welcome!

Usually when the tomcat failed to start up it is because security policy ( check it, may be the Local Service does not have enought grants to access the tomcat contents ).

If that not solved the problem, delete all the logs, start the application and share the log.

Finally, ¿I supposed you are using or tomcat bundle?
