OpenKM on Linux: Preview Not Working

I am currently using OpenKM 6.3.0 Community Edition on the following system:
- Operating System: Linux Mint 21.3

I have encountered an issue where the file preview for Word documents, images, and PDFs is not working. I have configured the necessary settings in `openkm.properties`, but the previews still do not display.

Here are the steps I have taken so far:
1. Installed SWFTools for PDF conversion.
2. Verified that the paths in administration > configuration parameters are correctly set.
3. Restarted the OpenKM service after making changes.

However, the preview feature still does not function as expected. I would appreciate any help or guidance on how to resolve this issue. Thank you!

Log shows no errors :(

Should be shown an error in the log file but in what you have shared there's nothing.
* Stop the openkm
* delete all files in the logs folder
* Start openkm
* Try to preview a document

Then share the log file as you have shared now.
Check in the console and network in the browser tools for some error

* ¿Can share screenshot of the browser when trying to previewing the document?
* Check with browser tools the console and network ( clean just before trying to preview the document )
