Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

Hi, so basically I am checking some condition inside loggerlistner.java file and if it does not meet then I want display login error page, initially I thought it would be trivial but now I just can't able to display the webpage, it give

localhost is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500 with url : http://localhost:8080/OpenKM/j_spring_security_check

I'm stuck here so any help would be appreciated.
