Slow in search folder

I have community version of OpenKM with more than 300000 files distributed in folders, when I search on a folder it takes more than a minute. Is that normal? Could anyone help?
* What kind of search by folder are doing
* ¿can share a screenshot for better understanding? with all the tabs visible ( one screenshot for tab )
