Change document link in email notification

Hey,
if I upload a new version of a document, I want to send a notification to all users. This notificaton by email have the standard content "Message... User..." and "Document:..." followed by the link to the document like /okm:root/...
If the user read the email notification, the document link only works inside the okm system. Is it possible to change the link like "192.168.1.100:8080/...." so that the user can open directly the document from an extern email client or copy the link into his webbrowser within the LAN?

The user should be subscribed to the document ( or better a parent folder ) for the event DOCUMENT_CREATION AND DOCUMENT_UPDATE
